5. Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

Quotes provided by Outsource Hub are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Payment terms (including deposits, milestone payments, and recurring fees) will be set out in the relevant proposal or service agreement.
Late payments may incur a suspension of services until the account is brought up to date.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Outsource Hub retains ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, templates, and methodologies used to deliver a project. Upon full payment, clients receive ownership or a licence (as agreed in the relevant service agreement) to the specific deliverables created for them, such as a website, automation workflow, or CRM configuration.

All content on the Outsource Hub website, including text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Outsource Hub and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Confidentiality

Outsource Hub treats client information, business data, and system access shared during an engagement as confidential, and will not disclose it to third parties except where required to deliver the agreed services, comply with the law, or with the client’s consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outsource Hub’s liability for any claim arising from our website or services is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Outsource Hub is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot be lawfully excluded.
